Radiant’s Leadership Institute is a training program designed to develop and empower ministry leaders to make a lasting, eternal impact. The program will run in alignment with Radiant’s Groups semesters. The first year centers on foundational curriculum and leadership development, while an optional second year (at no cost) offers a hands-on practicum for those seeking deeper, practical ministry experience.

Weekly in-person sessions will be held every Tuesday from 6:30–8:30 PM at Radiant’s South Tampa location. The total program cost is $500--payment plans are available.

Please note: Once you've applied, we will request a recommendation from your Location Pastor on your behalf.

Background Information

(You will receive an email to authorize Radiant to run a simple background check through our partner Checkr. Anything that comes back from this does not automatically disqualify you from participating. Because we believe in grace -- a Radiant staff member or your location pastor will contact you if there are any questions.)

HONOR CODE

In the best interest of the members of Radiant Church and your integrity, we ask that you uphold the statements below as a part of our Honor Code. Paul emphasizes in his letters to Timothy and Titus that leaders and teachers are held to a higher standard. We have built this Honor Code to enable us all to preserve the standard in which God has called us to as His followers who desire to take on a leadership role.

Additionally, we do not want to be a stumbling block for anyone we are leading or serving. This desire to put another first is in keeping with Romans 14:13, "Make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister.” And, to live according to Jesus' own words in Matthew 22:39, "Love your neighbor as yourself."
